Attorney Sharif Hafiz, representing Haifa Wehbe, submitted a complaint to the public prosecutor accusing accounts and groups on Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok of creating and circulating these fabricated clips and images. The complaint affirmed that these materials are artificial, created using artificial intelligence techniques, and included accusations against pages and websites that promoted this content.
The technical evidence submitted
The lawyer attached a report from a consulting office specialized in technical matters proving that all the mentioned videos and images are completely fabricated through artificial intelligence. This report will be presented as official evidence before the judicial and security authorities.
Required procedures
Haifa Wehbe’s defense demanded that the suspicious links and content be referred to the Cyber Investigation Department of the Ministry of Interior’s Information Technology Administration for technical examination, and to identify those responsible for creating and managing them, in preparation for legal action against them.
